"I am quite taken aback by the generosity shown to me by ESI. Thank you very much, and of course I shall think of the great things we accomplished here at Boardman together. We are equally proud of your buildings here as they grace our plant and I sincerely hope that there are more opportunities in the future for us to fashion more great buildings together. Your supervisor has been magnificent in his support of Pacific Ethanol here on site, and proved to be a willing and able partner to us through the tough times as well as the good. He has served ESI well here. Thank you again and my very best wishes for the future."

Winner of ABC's project of the year, this three story office, warehouse, manufacturing, and parking complex was a design build project. The pre-engineered steel clearspan building incorporates concrete tilt wall panels 7'-4" high around the perimeter, integrated with metal panels and a standing seam metal roof. This combination takes advantage of the best features both materials have to offer; the durability of concrete and the performance, efficiency and economy of steel.

The light industrial park utilizes excess, vacant land the owner had in Tigard, OR. The project features a single tenant pad building and a larger multi-tenant building designed to accommodate four separate businesses. Both energy efficiency structures utilize Butler Building systems combined with natural split-faced, concrete masonry wainscoting. The project was designed to provide the maximum lease space allowed on the site with the lowest long-term maintenance and operating costs.
